Harborfest runs on the goodwill, pride, and love of this community. It is powered by people who care enough to show up, lend a hand, and help create something unforgettable for Oswego.
Every year, volunteers step in to help bring four days of free music, fireworks, food, family fun, and community connection to life. If you’ve ever wanted to be part of the team behind Harborfest, this is your way in.
From setting up stages to welcoming guests, directing traffic to handing out programs — volunteers are the engine that keeps Harborfest running smoothly from start to finish. Every role matters.
"Without our volunteers, there is no Harborfest. Simple as that. Every person who gives their time is directly responsible for four days of free music, free fireworks, and a community coming together."
— Harborfest Organizers

Shifts available the week leading up to the fest until the week after the fest.
Guest Services + Info
Greet attendees, answer questions, hand out schedules, and help people find their way around the festival grounds. The face of Harborfest — friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.
Shifts available all four days
Traffic + Crowd Flow
