Harborfest runs across multiple parks and venues in the City of Oswego. Here's what you need to plan a great visit.

Breitbeck Park

The heart of Harborfest- located on Lake Street — main stage, food vendors, arts and crafts, farmer's market, children's activities, and the best seat in the house for Saturday night fireworks.

SAT - 12 Noon – Midnight

SUN - 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

East Park (Washington Square)

Located on East Bridge Street between East 2nd and East 4th Streets- you'll find food vendors, arts and craft vendors & home of the Jazz & Blues stage- with a twist of Irish music.

FRI - 12 Noon – 10:30 PM

SAT - 12 Noon – 10:00 PM

SUN - 12 Noon – 5:00 PM

Cahill Pier

Harborfest's newest stage, located next to Breitbeck Park at Wright's Landing Marina. Top regional performers & jam bands in a unique waterfront setting — Lake Ontario all around you.

FRI - 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM

SAT - 12 Noon – 8:00 PM

SUN - 11:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Midway Carnival

Dreamland Amusements on Lake Street in front of the Coast Guard Station. Rides, games, and carnival food. No unaccompanied minors — parent or guardian required for ages 17 and under.

WED - 5:00 PM– 11:00 PM

THU - 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM

FRI - 11:00 AM – Midnight

SAT - 11:00 AM – Midnight

SUN - 12 Noon – 8:00 PM

Tickets and wristbands sold by Dreamland Amusements only — not available at the Harborfest office.

Venues Overview

where everything happens

  • Bring a lawn chair — seating is limited at all venues.

  • No pets in festival venues. Guide dogs and service animals are welcome.

  • No bicycles, skateboards, scooters, or in-line skates.

  • No drones.

  • Smoking and vaping are banned in all City of Oswego public places.

  • No outside alcohol. Beer and wine are available inside venues at the Lakeside Cafe and Ashley Lynn Winery.

  • Performances continue rain or shine — except in cases of lightning, thunder, or high winds.

Lost Child

Pick up a Lost Child Tag at any Harborfest Information Center. In the event your child gets separated from you, the tag helps volunteers contact you quickly. If you can't locate your child, go to the nearest Information Center.

First Aid

First aid services are available at Information Centers marked with the Red Cross sign.
