Volunteers run the sites, stages and operational functions of the festival. In their brightly colored shirts, their pride and spirit are evident to every visitor!

Harborfest Shuttles transport visitors to the various venues.
Transportation Buttons: $3,000
Buttons to ride the Harborfest Shuttles.
Information Centers: $1,000 – $1,500
Volunteers serve as ambassadors for the festival, answering questions, provide directions, disburse Lost Child Tags, and contact emergency services, when necessary.
Lost Child Tags: $5,000
Sponsor provided “lost child” tags that are provided to all families traveling with youngsters.
Emergency Services: $18,000
EMT’s and ambulances to provide emergency services to fest goers.
PRODUCTS / SERVICES:
Sponsorship opportunities are available for Harborfest “Official” products and services at amounts ranging from $2,500 to $10,000. “Official” suppliers provide monetary and in-kind support and benefit from increased sales during and often after the festival. Business partners receive enhanced recognition as an involved and helpful neighbor in the central New York Community.
BUSINESS MEMBERSHIPS: $300 – $900
Memberships are available to those companies interested in partnering with Harborfest at a lower level. Membership dollars are used to support the festival in areas such as; emergency management (ambulances, EMT;s and security, etc.), logistical support (tents, electrical, plumbing, fencing, garbage pickup and removal, toilets and wash stations, etc.), administrative(programming, insurance, printing, advertising & marketing, etc.) and other miscellaneous costs of operating the festival.
