Sponsorship Opportunities

Harborfest is grateful to our sponsors and business partners for their generosity and continued support of this family-oriented festival. Opportunities exist to build relationships designed to award our partners varying degrees of viability and impacts. When you connect with Harborfest as a sponsor, you are linking your business to a proven winner!

SPONSORSHIPS: Sponsorship will expose your company name and website to a huge audience through direct name identification. Sponsorships are  available at amounts ranging from $1,000 to $70,000.

Venue (Park) Sponsorship: $3,000 – $40,000

Breitbeck Park
East Park (Washington Square) – Jazz & Blues Park
Cahill Pier

Stage Sponsors: $2,000 – $55,000

Breitbeck Park’s Lakeview Main Stage
Breitbeck Park’s Children’s Family Tent
East Park’s (Washington Square)  Jazz & Blues Stage
Cahill Pier Stage

Food Court: $4,000                             

Food Tent in Breitbeck Park’s food corridor with a large seating area for the convenience of fest goers.

Farmer’s Market: $3,000            

A designated area in Breitbeck Park featuring wine and food tasting of many New York vendors.

Musical Performances: $1,000 – $65,000

Breitbeck Lakeview Main Stage (National & Regional/Local Acts)
East Park (Washington Square) Jazz & Blues Stage
Cahill Pier

Attractions: $1,000 – $15,000                        

Water Attractions ( Water Ski Show/Jet Ski Performances)
Animal Attractions
Miscellaneous (Street entertainers, jugglers, musicians, clowns, puppets, etc.)

Children’s Activities: $1,000 – $8,000

Children’s Parade
Children’s Hands-On Workshops
Children’s Entertainment

Sponsor GALA:  $7,500                         

Pre-festival sponsor and business partner networking reception

Volunteer Program: $8,000                

Volunteers run the sites, stages and operational functions of the festival. In their brightly colored shirts, their pride and spirit are evident to every visitor!

Transportation Shuttles: $1,600

Harborfest Shuttles transport visitors to the various venues.

Transportation Buttons: $3,000          

Buttons to ride the Harborfest Shuttles.

Information Centers: $1,000 – $1,500                  

Volunteers serve as ambassadors for the festival, answering questions, provide directions, disburse Lost Child Tags, and contact emergency services, when necessary.

Lost Child Tags: $5,000                            

Sponsor provided “lost child” tags that are provided to all families traveling with youngsters.

Emergency Services: $18,000

EMT’s and ambulances to provide emergency services to fest goers.

PRODUCTS / SERVICES:

Sponsorship opportunities are available for Harborfest “Official” products and services at amounts ranging from $2,500 to $10,000.  “Official” suppliers provide monetary and in-kind support and benefit from increased sales during and often after the festival.  Business partners receive enhanced recognition as an involved and helpful neighbor in the central New York Community.

BUSINESS MEMBERSHIPS: $300 – $900             

Memberships are available to those companies interested in partnering with Harborfest at a lower level.  Membership dollars are used to support the festival in areas such as; emergency management (ambulances, EMT;s and security, etc.), logistical support (tents, electrical, plumbing, fencing, garbage pickup and removal, toilets and wash stations, etc.), administrative(programming, insurance, printing, advertising & marketing, etc.) and other miscellaneous costs of operating the festival.
