The Board of Directors and staff at Oswego Harbor Festivals, Inc. appreciates the continued support received from the Oswego County Youth Bureau. In 2018 the Oswego County Youth Bureau awarded Harborfest with a grant of $1,000 which provided funding for the production of the Children’s Musical 101 Dalmatians which was directed by Kelly Mosher and Lyndsie Jones of the Oswego Children’s Theater. Performances were held on Saturday and Sunday during the festival and were very well attended.
