Musicians interested in performing at Harborfest in 2026 can now apply. The Performer Application for 2026 can be found here. More than two dozen bands and performers of a variety of genres were on the schedule for 2025, making Harborfest one of the region’s larger music festivals. Committee review of applications will begin in October and end when all slots are filled. Deadline for applications is October 15.
“Our guests tell us over and over again how much they love the music they hear at Harborfest. Most of the groups we feature are from Central and Upstate New York and it’s a way for us to reinvest in the region and support local musicians. If you’ve ever wanted to perform at one of Upstate’s signature festivals, apply now,” said Dan Harrington, Harborfest Executive Director.
Performers submit a simple form along with a press kit and either a CD or 3 songs in mp3 format of their music. Anyone with questions about the application can call the Harborfest office at 315-343-6858. Harborfest 2026 will take place July 23 – 26.
