Harborfest officials are encouraging vendors of interesting, unusual or fun food and merchandise to apply for spaces to sell to patrons of Harborfest 2025. Vendors provide for sale food and drink, arts and crafts, commercial products and farmer’s market goods at the festival’s venues, particularly at the main festival ground at Breitbeck Park.

“Our vendors are a huge part of the reason more than 50,000 people come to Harborfest each year,” said Dan Harrington, Executive Director. “We’re always on the lookout for food and merchandise that’s new, unusual or original because discovering something new is part of the excitement of the festival. We love to work with vendors and I encourage anyone thinking about it to apply or call us with questions.”
Harborfest is a vibrant, free summer festival held at the end of July in Oswego each year since 1988. This beloved community event, organized by the non-profit Oswego Harbor Festivals, Inc., features live music from more than two dozen bands and performers, delicious food, interesting arts, crafts and products, thrilling rides, and the biggest and best fireworks show in Upstate New York.
Harborfest 2025 will take place July 24 – 27.
