OSWEGO HARBOR FESTIVALS INC. ORGANIZATION

Harborfest is produced by Oswego Harbor Festivals Inc and is supported through use of food tickets, memorabilia sales, site fees, membership, foundation grants and by the business community. Harborfest is thankful to its business partners for their generosity and continued support throughout the years. As a not-for-profit organization Oswego Harbor Festivals Inc. operates on a break-even budget and relies heavily on the support of volunteers. Proceeds from all revenue sources go toward the expenses associated with putting on this admission-free festival. Revenues in excess of expenses are invested into improvements for the next festival and support of cultural education in Oswego County Schools.
