ABOUT OUR ARTS & CRAFT SHOW

Overlooking the beautiful Oswego River and Harbor, the annual Juried Arts & Crafts Show is an anchor of our festival that attracts an estimated 300,000 visitors over four days.  Visitor surveys consistently place the Arts & Crafts Show among the three most visited Harborfest Venues.

A professional Jury, consisting of working artists and craftspeople, review all slides to determine acceptance.  The jury reserves the right to accept only portions of an applicant’s items offered for jurying.

Harborfest’s Arts & Crafts Show is open to all artisans.  Work must be handmade, of professional quality, and sold by the PRODUCER.  Items may NOT be made from kits.  Harborfest reserves the right to site non-juried vendors in the arts & craft area, such as hair wrapping and face painting.

Arts & Crafts applicants who are not accepted by the jury may request an application to be a product vendor in our Marketplace venues.  The Marketplaces have over 80 vendors selling a huge variety of items ranging from CD’s…to toys…to sunglasses…to custom artwork. 

SET-UP & SITE ASSIGNMENT

Set up and other display materials are vendor’s responsibility.  Controlled vehicle access will be allowed Thursday afternoon for set up.  No vehicles are allowed on site during the festival operating hours.  Vehicles will be permitted access after 5:00 pm on Sunday.

All Arts & Craft vendors are required to be on site at their booths during the following hours:

Friday, July 28 - 10 AM – 8 PM

Saturday, July 29 - 10 AM – 8 PM

Sunday, July 30 - 10 AM – 4 PM
