2011 Harborfest Friends of the Festival Application
Harborfest is YOUR festival. It’s not too early to become a 2011 Harborfest Friend of the Festival. Harborfest is an admission free festival, featuring great music and entertianment for people of all ages. Just this year alone, Breitbeck Park’s main stage featured the Little River Band, Kansas, The Fabulous Thunderbirds and the Ya’ll American Country Tour featuring Doug Stone. In 2010 we brought back the free live music on the East Park Jazz & Blues Stage that included Big Bill Morganfield, WC Blues Revue and Chocolate Thunder.
ALL dollars generated through contributions of the Support Harborfest campaign go directly into the Harborfest operation.
Where does your contribution dollars go? Your support helps Harborfest in a variety of ways, including:
Programming and Entertainment
Supplies for children’s activities
Staging, lights and sound crew
Tents, tables and chairs
Electricity, insurance, security and more.
Your support allows Harborfest to be an admission free festival as it has for the last 23 years. Choose from five levels of support. As a Supporter of Harborfest, you will automatically receive an official Harborfest Certificate of Support. As a Lieutenant supporter, you will receive a Harborfest Member Card good for discounts at Harborfest member and sponsor places of business. At the Commander level, you receive a membership card and Harborfest T-shirt. The higher your level of support, the more benefits you will receive.
