HARBORFEST PROGRAM & TROLLEY BUTTONS NOW AVAILABLE

Oswego, NY – Oswego Harborfest Programs and Trolley Buttons, sponsored by GE Energy, are now available for sale to the public.  Harborfest programs are just $2.00 and trolley buttons are available for a cost of just $3.00 per button. Trolley Buttons are good for the duration of Harborfest and are available, along with programs, at the Harborfest offices located in the McCrobie Building at 41 Lake Street in Oswego.

“The Harborfest Trolley’s are as much a tradition of Harborfest as the Saturday Fireworks Spectacular,” said Harborfest Executive Director Tom Van Schaack. “It’s such a unique element of Harborfest, something people aren’t able to do at any other time of the year in Oswego.”

Harborfest Trolley’s will operate Thursday, July 22 (5 PM-11 PM), Friday, July 23 (11 AM-Midnight), Saturday, July 24 (11 AM-Midnight) and Sunday, July 25 (11 AM-5 PM). Trolley’s will run on both the east and west sides of the City of Oswego during Harborfest and there will be restrictions during the Saturday night fireworks. The west side Trolley loop is from West 2nd & Bridge Streets at the Centro bus stop to Breitbeck Park to West Van Buren & West 2nd Streets to West 1st and Seneca Streets. The east side Trolley loop is East 3rd and Bridge Streets at the Centro Bus Stop to East 1st & Cayuga Streets to the old Price Chopper parking lot between East 2nd & 3rd Streets to Fort Ontario.

Scheduled for July 22-25, the 2010 edition of Harborfest will feature plenty of food, fun and entertainment as venues on both Oswego’s east and west sides will be used to deliver the excitement. A wide variety of entertainment will be featured on stages throughout the city of Oswego including, the Jazz & Blues Stage in East Park, the Veteran’s Stage on West River Walk, the Family Stage at the Novelis Family Park at Fort Ontario and the NRG Lakeview Stage in Breitbeck Park.
