Harborfest Hospitality Packages
Oswego Harborfest announced today a brand new, private hospitality tent will be available at Breitbeck Park for those people that would like to eat and watch the music on the NRG Lakeview Stage during this year’s festival.
Enjoy the privacy and exclusive feel of Harborfest. The hospitality tent will be “stage left” from the NRG Lakeview Stage. Packages for the hospitality tent include a buffet style menu with appetizers and a cash bar. Reservations are now being taken for Saturday, July 30 and Sunday, July 31. The hospitality tent will be catered by two different caters. Dinosaur Bar-B-Que will serve their southwestern-style menu on Saturday, July 30; and, The American Foundry will cater Sunday afternoon.
Saturday night is filled with music and fireworks, highlighted by Buffalo native and rising country music star Sean Patrick McGraw. The music Saturday on the NRG Lakeview Stage starts at 4 PM with Chris Taylor & The Custom Taylor Band, followed by McGraw at 6 PM. Brass, Inc. takes the stage at 8:15 PM and again after the fireworks. Ten Man Push concludes the Saturday night schedule taking the stage at 11:15 PM. Herman’s Hermits starring Peter Noone headlines the Sunday music on the NRG Lakeview Stage at Breitbeck Park. The Brian Lindsay Band opens Sunday afternoon at 1 PM, followed by Magical Mystery Tour at 3 PM and cocljuding with Herman’s Hermits starring Peter Noone at 5 PM.
“We have some great music all weekend long,” said Tom Van Schaack, Executive Director of Harborfest. We’ve had an open tent the last couple of years that just sat there empty with the exception of Friday night, so we decided to utilize the area and give festival-goers the opportunity to enjoy the music and food from a secure and exclusive area.”
Saturday night, dinner will be served from 6 PM-9 PM. Sunday afternoon, the area will open at 1 PM and food will be served from 1 PM to 3 PM. Individual tickets for Saturday night start at $85 and tables of eight are just $680. Sunday afternoon, tickets start at $50 and tables of six start at only $300. There are discounts for multiple table orders, and seating is limited each night.
Slated for July 28-31, the 2011 edition of Harborfest will feature plenty of food, fun and entertainment as venues on both Oswego’s east and west sides will be used to deliver the excitement. A wide variety of entertainment will be featured on stages throughout the city of Oswego including, the Jazz & Blues Stage in East Park, the Family Stage at the Novelis Family Park at East Park, the Veteran’s Stage on West River Walk and the NRG Lakeview Stage in Breitbeck Park.
